INGREDIENTS

2 cups iced tea

1 cup milk of choice

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp ground turmeric

1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

1/8 tsp ground cardamom

1/8 tsp ground cloves

2 tsp sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, sugar)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine spices and milk in a bowl, tall glass, or mason jar.

Using a milk frother, mix until combined. You can also use a whisk or shake the mason jar.

Fill a 16-oz glass with ice cubes. Pour iced tea over ice.

Pour spiced milk mixture into glass with tea.
