United States shipping methods and delivery ETAs:
- Standard shipping: 3-10 business days after the item ships
- Two-day shipping: 2 business days after the item ships
- Next-day shipping: 1 business day after the item ships
- Hawaii (Island) shipping: 2-4 weeks after the item ships
- If you placed your order before 2 PM CST, your order will be shipped the same day. If you placed your order after 2 PM CST or after normal business hours, your order will be shipped the next business day.
- For next-day and two-day shipping, there are no Saturday deliveries.
Answers to some shipping FAQs:
- Free shipping offers – offers which include free shipping, or orders over $75.00, will be sent via Standard Shipping method; please allow 3-10 business days for delivery after your order is placed, processed, and shipped out. (Free shipping valid for Contiguous US web orders only).
- Mail orders – Orders placed via mail take time to reach our processing facility. If you sent your order in via mail and there was a check with the order, typical processing of the check takes five to seven business days after the order was received and entered into our system. We can assure you that once your order is received and payment is processed, we will send out your product as soon as we can!
The HumanN 90-Day Money Back Guarantee & Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may return it within 90 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charge. The item must be returned, used or unused, in good condition in original boxes. You must also provide a Return to Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) number along with the product, which you can get by completing the online return process by logging in and visiting your account page. On your account page, click the "My Orders" option. Select the "Return Item" option on the order you wish to make a return for and follow the steps. Please note, shipping labels can only be provided to a valid email address. Returned product must be shipped back to HumanN within thirty (30) days for the issuance of the RMA Number. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the return box, so the return can be processed by our Returns Department. Any return without the RMA number on the outside of the box will not be processed for refund.
