United States shipping methods and delivery ETAs:
- Standard shipping: 3-10 business days after the item ships
- Two-day shipping: 2 business days after the item ships
- Next-day shipping: 1 business day after the item ships
- Hawaii (Island) shipping: 2-4 weeks after the item ships
Please note:
- If you placed your order before 2 PM CST, your order will be shipped the same day. If you placed your order after 2 PM CST or after normal business hours, your order will be shipped the next business day.
- For next-day and two-day shipping, there are no Saturday deliveries.
Answers to some shipping FAQs:
- Free shipping offers – offers which include free shipping, or orders over $75.00, will be sent via Standard Shipping method; please allow 3-10 business days for delivery after your order is placed, processed, and shipped out. (Free shipping valid for Contiguous US web orders only).
- Mail orders – Orders placed via mail take time to reach our processing facility. If you sent your order in via mail and there was a check with the order, typical processing of the check takes five to seven business days after the order was received and entered into our system. We can assure you that once your order is received and payment is processed, we will send out your product as soon as we can!
The HumanN 90-Day Money Back Guarantee
At Human Power of N Company (“HumanN”), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If you are not fully satisfied with a HumanN product you purchased from the HumanN website or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may return it for a refund (less shipping and handling charges) within 90 days of the date of purchase.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
How To Claim The Guarantee
If you purchased your product from humann.com:
Please initiate your request by contacting our Customer Support team at 855-636-4040 or by using the online return process by logging in and visiting your account page. On your account page, click the “My Orders” option. Select the “Return Item” option on the order you wish to make a return for and follow the steps. You will be issued a Return to Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) number, which you will need to send along with the unused portion of your product (in original boxes) to:

Please note, shipping labels can only be provided to a valid email address. Returned product must be shipped back to HumanN within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the RMA Number. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the return box, so the return can be processed by our Returns Department. Any return without the RMA number on the outside of the box will not be processed for refund.
If you purchased your product from another authorized seller in the United States:
If you are unable to return your product to the authorized seller from whom it was purchased, please call our Customer Support team at 855-636-4040 to make a Guarantee request. Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product, and the reasons you were dissatisfied with your product. You may also be asked to provide additional information or submit photos of your product or its packaging to assist us in processing your request.
If your request is approved, you will be issued a Return to Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) number, which you will need to send along with the unused portion of your product (in original boxes) and proof of purchase to:

Guarantee Guidelines
All Guarantee requests must be made within 90 days of the date of original purchase. HumanN reserves the right to verify information and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where HumanN concludes that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee. HumanN may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.
