Ingredients:
-3/4 cup of frozen mixed berries
-1/2 a frozen banana
-3/4 cup steamed then frozen zucchini
-1 tsp of SuperBeets (or SuperBeets Energy Plus)
-1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein
-Any amount of nut butter your heart desires
-Cinnamon + vanilla to taste
-Almond milk for desired consistency
Directions:
-Blend all of your ingredients together.
-Top with fresh berries, granola and a spoonful of nut butter.
