SuperBeets Frozen Yogurt SquaresServes 8
-32 oz plain Greek yogurt
-¼ cup honey-1 tsp vanilla
-1 tsp SuperBeets Powder
-½ cup strawberries, sliced
-½ cup blueberries
-2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey and vanilla. Mix well to combine.
Use a spatula to spread the Greek yogurt mixture evenly onto your prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle SuperBeets powder evenly over yogurt and top with sliced strawberries, blueberries and chopped walnuts.
Place baking sheet in freezer until firm, about 2 hours.
Cut into squares before serving. Store in freezer.
