It all started with Neo40 Professional — the first dual-acting nitric oxide activator in the world.
Neo40 Professional was born from patented nitric oxide research at the University of Texas Health Science Center and is trusted by thousands of medical professionals.
Clinically studied in six peer-reviewed trials, it supports cardiovascular health and healthy blood pressure, forming the foundation of Humann’s professional cardiovascular portfolio.
It started with a bold question born out of research from The University of Texas.
How can we get the body to make more nitric oxide?
They found the answer and entrusted it to a team who would assume the mantle, and build a business capable of the mission. In partnership with The University of Texas and a program created by a Nobel Laureate + academic researchers - and that's how Humann was born.
Not just science-backed. Science-born.

Our Science
The molecule that changed everything.
In 1998, Dr. Ferid Murad was one of three research scientists awarded the Nobel Prize for the discovery of nitric oxide's role as a signaling molecule in the cardiovascular system. It signals blood vessels to dilate, stay smooth, and allow for better blood flow. It’s blood flow that supports oxygen delivery, and nutrient transport—supporting your brain health, energy, performance, and longevity. The body makes nitric oxide naturally. But as we age, we make less. A lot less, starting as early as our 20s.
Nitric oxide (N.O.) production begins declining by one’s mid-twenties
Decline in production is further accelerated by poor diet and lack of exercise
By age 40, humans produce 50% or less of the N.O. they did at age 20
Trusted by people who don't just message trust - they measure it.
We are founded on Nobel Prize-Winning Science. Validated in Real Life.
